FOOT FILTER

Foot valves with suction filter are mounted at the end of the suction line to protect against impurities and prevent backflow.
Equipped with a filter and backflow preventer valve.
Specifically, the main function is to protect an instrument, such as a metering pump, from coarse particles that could clog the pipe, slowing or stopping the flow of liquid.
It also prevents "idle" operation (example during canister change).
When mounting, take care that the foot valve is mounted far enough from the base of the pump and at the lowest level at the liquid intake
